Since the dawn of time, humans have told scary stories to CONFRONT their fears of what may be lurking under the bed or at the bottom of the garden.

specialising in these horrific tales WHILST ADDing their own UNique twists of humour and fantasy, LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES AWARD 2018 Nominees, Danse Macabre Productions hope to make the dark a little lighter; BY AIming to put a smile on your face as you check under the bed later that night.

With their 'bloody tongue-in cheek' style,  innovative staging and surreal experimentation with genre, their shows will definitely be a 'Danse' you never forget.

SAM ESSAME

Born in London, Sam studied Writing, Directing and Performance at the University of York. He is known for his biting dialogue, his dark AND UNIQUE direction and his hatred for automatic doors.

SARAH WARHAM

Born in Berkshire, Sarah studied Writing, Directing and Performance at the University of York. She is known for her powerful physical acting, her dark humour and her ability to impersonate a goblin.

Credits include: ACTOR: EMMA (PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS, 2017), Vera (And Then There Were None, 2016), Agnetha (Frozen, 2016), The Mad Hatter (Alice In Wonderland, 2015).

 

JOSEPH WILLIS

Born in Sheffield, Joseph studied a Masters in Writing, Directing and Performance at the University of York. He is known for his GHOST STORIES, his love for horror theatre and owning too much fake blood.
